Re:
Benevolent Load of Food Items
Dear
Bro. Tommy
Greetings this snowy February! We thank the Lord for His
merciful sharing of the moisture for our drought covered
nation, even though it is hard to maneuver through!
Bro.
Tommy, we wanted to thank you, from the bottom of our
hearts, for the generous load of food items you loaded for
us last week. These items of food, beverages, water and
staple goods are a life saving contribution for the severely
needy in the coal mine areas of Eastern Kentucky and West
Virginia.
Please
know these items will all be distributed and in the homes of
the families within two weeks! We have sorted and delivered
to the distribution outreach centers a goodly portion os
these items already. We were hampered by the snowstorm, but
will complete the delivery during the week of 2/9/2003.
These people who hand deliver, or give out the food boxes,
were overjoyed that there was meat in this load. They and we
seldom receive donated meat products! We praise God for His
provision coming through your kind hands.
Green
Pastures Ministries serves some of America’s poorest
families, via personal ministry outreach and networking with
other ministries that serve these regions daily. We bring
them anything and everything our Heavenly Father provides.
Thank you so much for being a vital apart of our outreach to
those who are hurting. As you see in our enclosed Brochure
(and the Needs List) we have a large need. We stress the
need for Christ Jesus in every persons life, and His
presence in every home. We share Jesus with each family, and
the outreach groups we work with do also. Our call is to
bring the knowledge of salvation through Jesus Christ along
with the necessities of life to these who are so hopeless
and in such dire need!
Thank
you again, for your generosity and kindness in sharing the
warehoused goods with our families. Please keep us in mind
when goods are available. We will continue to communicate
with you and work through Bro. Matt Roller to arrange for
items ready for disbursement.
God
bless you and each of the others that played a part in
meeting the needs. May our Lord give you peace, blessings,
perfect health and strength from His own hand. Thank you
again.
